Wellness for Women is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Elena Lakay that empowers low-income women and survivors of violence with holistic therapy, care, and education. We provide resources, support, and life-changing programs that help women reclaim their health, their worth, and their voice. Because when women heal, families heal.
