Through scent, texture, color, and botanica design, we create environments that invite presence, deepen connection, and leave lasting emotional impressions.
Our Story is Blooming
Elena Lakay & Rhonda Boggi have acquired this beloved Gainesville flower shop, in business for over 35 years, and is lovingly building it into the next chapter of its story. During this transition period, the original name, number, and systems remain in place while Elena trains alongside Joan Prange of Prange's Florist to cultivate the full experience.
We are building a space where floristry, herbal medicine, and wellness intersect, offering beauty that heals, rituals that restore, and education that empowers. Our apothecary, perfume distillery, and community gathering space are currently under development and opening soon.
We have already booked our first wedding for 2026 and are now accepting floral and event inquiries.
Bloom Bar & Perfume Bar
Two of our most beloved experiences, now available to book for private events, corporate gatherings, baby showers, bridal parties, and social celebrations. The Bloom Bar brings a fully styled fresh flower station wherever you are, where guests create their own bouquets for a hands-on, joyful, and deeply memorable experience. The Perfume Bar invites guests to blend their own signature scent using our curated collection of botanica oils and essences, creating a fragrance that is entirely their own.

Named in honor of Elena's grandmother and great-grandmother, plus Rhonda's mother, the Sarah + Lillie V Botanica and Bloom will be the permanent home of our full botanica experience including an apothecary, perfume distillery, floral studio, and event venue.
