The Bodeology team is comprised of highly experienced health and wellness specialists in preventative medicine, healthy aging, aesthetics medicine, sleep medicine, massage, sports medicine, meditation, and detoxification. Methodology
In today’s world, our personal health and wellbeing is too often measured by surface-level symptoms and misleading Google searches. At Bodeology, our thorough and proven methodology leads you through a journey to truly understand and improve the state of your health.
Regardless of service, every client will receive a full health history consultation with a licensed professional to develop a customized treatment plan that leverages a blend of services to address the mind and body in totality.
Our clients will work with specialists to develop realistic, measurable goals to maintain healthy mental perspectives. By leveraging fitness coaching, detoxification counseling, therapeutic modalities ,and the Bodeology community, clients will gain improved self-esteem, confidence, and a clear mind to set strategic plans as they aspire to achieve their goals.

Meet the Founder
Elena Lakay
Elena Lakay, founder and CEO of Bodeology, believes that health in totality is the key ingredient to a prosperous life and a thriving world. Her passion for physical and mental well being has permeated every facet of her life, as she continues to transform lives through her extensive knowledge of the human body and unwavering empathy.
As a certified mover and shaker, Elena is no stranger to leadership. From becoming VP of Consumer Banking for one of the largest financial institutions in the world to working in community activism, revitalization, and economic development, Elena has created meaningful change in personal and professional consulting for high profile clients and entrepreneurs. Yet when Elena began her health career as a personal fitness trainer in 2008, she had little idea of how impactful her mark on the world would soon become. What started as instructing a few weekly fitness lessons quickly turned into robust clientele of over 300 customers, ranging from soldiers and professional athletes to children and single mothers.

Soon after, Elena took the leap and founded Bodeology - a brick and mortar manifestation of her purpose, drive, and expertise. She established Bodeology as an organization with a mission to guide women through a natural process of harnessing true health through detoxification, regeneration, and therapy.
Elena's journey through detoxification, regeneration, and therapy has been guided by her client work and has allowed her to understand the interdependencies of the human body. For over 10 years, Elena has carefully crafted detoxification plans for her clients through indigenous spices, herbs, minerals, and food swapping choices to simplify cleaner eating for efficient productivity on a cellular level. Additionally, she earned her Massage and Bodywork state license in 2013 to make a greater impact at Bodeology through the multi-faceted, hands on practice of healing of injury rehabilitation to disease prevention and treatment, pre and post surgery treatment, protocols, and more.
​She now holds over a dozen specialized certifications and has taught a variety of health classes including kick boxing, kimetic yoga, dance, swimming, rowing cycling, and more. At Bodeology, Elena and her team leverages a blend of cutting-edge medical advancements and naturopathic methods to give clients unparalleled care in therapeutic massage, sports medicine and recovery, individualized fitness regimens, manual lymphatic drainage, detoxification, personal training, obesity prevention, cancer recovery, and more.
Though Elena’s journey has been rich and rewarding, it has only just begun. With the creation of Bodeology and its nonprofit counterpart, Wellness for Women, Elena is also embracing the beautiful intersection of women empowerment and community engagement while growing her practice with the vibrant and skilled Bodeology team.
