Our methodology blends preventive care, regenerative health strategies, movement, nutrition, reproductive and sexual wellness, mental and emotional wellbeing, and personalized health planning to support each client's unique needs and goals.

Elena Lakay
Elena Lakay has spent 30 years building a body of work that lives at the intersection of wellness, education, relationships, and human potential. She is the founder of Bodeology, one of the most comprehensive integrative wellness practices in Gainesville, Florida, and the creator of Her Era, an educational platform devoted to body literacy, feminine restoration, and conscious living.
Elena is also the founder of LoveBOOM, a relational wellness and matchmaking practice, and the owner of Sara & Lillie V. Floristry, a beloved Gainesville flower shop she is transforming into a full botanical and sensory wellness experience.
Her work is rooted in a simple, powerful belief: wellbeing is not found in a pill or a quick fix. It is found in the deep, intentional work of understanding your body, honoring your cycles, and giving yourself the kind of care that transforms from the inside out.
Elena's expertise spans fertility and reproductive health, lymphatic therapy, detoxification, movement and embodiment, conscious conception, and relationship wellness. She meets every client where they are and walks with them toward the fullest version of their life.

Dr. Rhonda Boggi is a seasoned healthcare leader, entrepreneur, educator, author, and investor with more than 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background includes primary care, wound care, clinical advisory services, telehealth, healthcare management, nursing leadership, and integrative wellness.

She has served as CEO of Dr. Rhonda Boggi LLC for more than three years and as CEO/Administrator of Green Oak Villa Assisted Living Facility for more than five years. She also worked as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner with Vision Mobile Wound Care Services for two years and continues to provide multi-state telehealth services as a Nurse Practitioner, clinical advisor, and primary care provider.

Her experience extends into education, where she has served as an adjunct professor and online instructor for Bergen Community College, Eastern International College, and Justee College. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Beyond healthcare, Dr. Boggi is a multi-business entrepreneur and investor. She is the co-owner of Bodeology, a former gas station business owner, a local and international real estate investor, and the owner of Prange Flowers (Sara and Lillie V). She is also expanding collaborative wellness services through Bodeology and the Dr. Boggi Kinetic Concierge Center of Excellence.

Dr. Boggi leads teams of healthcare professionals committed to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. She is also a wife and mother of four children, a published author, coach, and co-host of the RISE TO TRIVE program. Her work reflects a commitment to healthcare excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, education, and helping others achieve greater health and personal well-being.
Two Families, One Purpose
Elena and Rhonda did not just decide to go into business together.
They built a friendship first. Their children met and formed a bond that quickly drew their families together. They spend time together personally every week, sharing meals, conversations, and a deep alignment in values and vision for what healthcare should look like.
This is not a business partnership born from opportunity.
