Elena Lakay has spent 30 years building a body of work that lives at the intersection of wellness, education, relationships, and human potential. She is the founder of Bodeology, one of the most comprehensive integrative wellness practices in Gainesville, Florida, and the creator of Her Era, an educational platform devoted to body literacy, feminine restoration, and conscious living.
Elena is also the founder of LoveBOOM, a relational wellness and matchmaking practice, and the owner of Sara & Lillie V. Floristry, a beloved Gainesville flower shop she is transforming into a full botanical and sensory wellness experience.
Her work is rooted in a simple, powerful belief: wellbeing is not found in a pill or a quick fix. It is found in the deep, intentional work of understanding your body, honoring your cycles, and giving yourself the kind of care that transforms from the inside out.
